Galeb Brothers Black Belt classes!

Hi Team! Last Saturday we had our first Black Belt class! this class is designed for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Practitioners that have acquired their Purple Belt and above, our Black Belt class is to more so focus on the Brown and Black Belt rules you would find in competitions today, which involve the leglock game your kneebars, Toeholds etc. It is also to put all the coaches and higher belts in a tough training enviroment against each other.

This class is going to be on every SECOND Saturday actively rotating with our NO GI classes that is currently on Saturday, the time won't change it will be 11am - 12pm regardless of what class is on.
